Rocky Mountaineer parent company acquires Lake Louise Railway Station and Restaurant

LAKE LOUISE, Alberta: Armstrong Collective, the company that owns and operates Rocky Mountaineer, is pleased to announce its purchase of the Lake Louise Railway Station and Restaurant, in Lake Louise, Alberta.

The Lake Louise Railway Station and Restaurant is a historic feature in the iconic mountain destination of Lake Louise. The restaurant operates within the station building, where guests dine surrounded by railway memorabilia, as well as in the heritage Delaware Dining Car that is situated outside the station.

Lake Louise has been integral to the success of Armstrong Collective and its Rocky Mountaineer rail journeys in Western Canada. On average, over 50,000 Rocky Mountaineer guests travel through Lake Louise each year onboard its glass-dome trains, with more than 12,000 hotel nights booked in Lake Louise annually through Rocky Mountaineer.

The Lake Louise Railway Station and Restaurant is open and will continue to operate under its existing management for the 2025 season, which runs from May to October.
